Ingredients:

For the smoothie:

  • 500 ml (2 cups) of frozen blueberries
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of yogurt Greek impacts 0%
  • 250 ml (1 cup) of ice
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of 1% milk or soy drink or almond Nature
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) of oats

For Garnishing:

Preparation

  1. Place all the smoothie ingredients in the blender container. Reduce to a smooth puree.
  2. Pour smoothie into bowls, then divide topping ingredients over each serving.
