Important: In any case, wait long enough until the underside is really nicely browned and the pancake has set accordingly. It’s easy to notice when you try to lift the pancake with the spatula. If that’s really easy, then you can turn the pancake without any problems without it tearing. Now bake the second side until it is golden yellow.
